It appears the Rick Nerdholm push-back in the Senate is finally start to happen.  Senator Jack Brandenburg-R has introduced SB 906 that if passed, will place the State Income Tax rollback again on its proper course.

Thanks to Sens. David Robertson, James Marleau, David Hildenbrand, Howard Walker, Patrick Colbeck, Michael Kowall, Michael Green, Rick Jones, Joseph Hune, Tory Rocca, Tupac Hunter for cosponsoring.

Leader Richardville, all eyes are watching you.

"(I) BEGINNING ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 2014 AND EACH JANUARY 1 AFTER 2014, THE MAXIMUM RATE UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE REDUCED BY 0.1 EACH YEAR UNTIL THE RATE IS 3.95%.

    (J) BEGINNING ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 2017, 3.9%."

Sorry, but it should say this:

"(h) Beginning on October 1, 2011 and each October 1 after 2011, the maximum rate under this subsection shall be reduced by 0.1 each year until the rate is 3.95%.

    (i) On and after October 1, 2015, 3.9%."

Or better yet, move that last date to 2012.

AG Schuette wants to hire more cops.

The democrats want to <strike>flush it right down the toilet</strike> give it to the schools.

I say, hand it back to the people who originally earned in in the first place.

Not a very difficult concept for fiscal conservatives to understand.
