Andy Dillon brought charges against me today. I didn't go to court but our lawyer did. Dillon's lawyer asked for a temporary restraining order against us to keep us from collecting signatures. He said we are having people from outside the district collect signatures for Dillon's recall. Wrong! They wanted to have and evidentiary hearing which would then grant a permanent restraining order.

They used affidavits from four of the Democratic Party thugs that have been following, harassing, verbally abusing and stalking our persons and homes. They had signed various observations of our abuse of the law. Wrong!

Andy Dillon has also requested damages "in such amount as will compensate him for the injuries he has sustained as a result of their continuing and blatant violation of Michigan Election Law." Wrong!

What did the judge do? Judge William J. Giovan told us all to go home, obey the law and play nice. Yes!

...more of a public outcry! Every elected official should be screaming about this throughout the state...throughout the country!

Why isn't all this eye rolling type stuff confronted immediately?

I would ask:
What is it about the Constitution that you feel shouldn't be referenced? Do you, dear eye roller, feel this document to be irrelevant?

Andy Dillion is just one of many Liberal Socialist Neo-Communist politicians that are showing us who they are and what they envision as the workers paradise. With them in charge and skimming the cream from society while the rest of the peasants toil to serve their needs. Sounds like a monarchy does it not? Or at least a recreation of the old Soviet Union. The two remaining Presidential candidates for the Thug and Tax party are also telling us who they are. By their words and associations. Radical terrorists from the sixties and seventies, race baiters and anti-Semites and Marxist anarchists all of whom hate America. From Saul Alinsky to Reverand Wright, from Andy Dillion to Hizzonor Thug Master K, it is quite obvious that to them the laws are for others and Constitutional rights apply to them and them alone. In my opnion the laughably named Democrat Party is a terrorist organization and should be on the watch lists of all national and international law enforcement agencies. From the money laundering schemes and sex scandles they are truly a criminal enterprise and their behavior hasn't changed since the sixties. They wish to tear America down and destroy every societal institution from Church to family if they are given the chance. We must defeat these people once and for good in 2008. That these people and their party must be destroyed for America to survive is crucial.

Andy Dillon versus Jeff Denham (none / 0) (#6)

Thank you for your coverage of this important topic. The recall of Andy Dillon stands in striking contrast to the current California recall of Jeff Denham. Jeff Denham is a fiscally conservative Republican state senator. His recall was put on the ballot by the California Democratic Party, using petition circulators from out-of-state, against California's residency requirement. If the Democratic Party wants to make a point about out-of-district petitioners, they should start by keeping their own nose clean.

The Dems in California are trying to recall Jeff Denham because he voted against their big-government budget last year.

The irony is that the Macomb County Democrats paid folks to come in from outside the district to collect signatures to put the county executive issue on the ballot for May 6.

Andy Dillon has got to be dumbest lawyer I have ever known to make the above request. Apparently, he skipped school the day the taught law at law school.
