Michigan is no longer a family friendly state.  Michigan has the largest number of families in Title IV-D, per capita, in the nation exceeding California by over 2 to 1.

States and family court systems PROFIT from the creation of a "non-custodial" parent.  This is done through the federal Title IV-D welfare incentives.  Child custody evaluations are done by the Friend of the Court which is employed by the court systems that profit from the creation of a "non-custodial" parent.  Did you think these evaluations were neutral and fair?

Ronald Smith gives a moving speech on the importance of both parents to a child and how states and court systems profit when one parent is made a "non-custodial" parent, oftentimes not by their own choice.
