    If I remember correctly, it was the Nerd and Chuck Moss, who kicked those gummint pension liabilities down the road to claim they had a "balanced budget" "before the deadline" {yawn}.  If Republicans were comfortable enough to make interest payments on the charge card, WhyTF is it not a budget surplus now?

    Better yet, why did Team R just p!ss away a lot of said "no surplus" on "pre" K-12 education?

    I'd like to see where "pre" kindergarten funding is Constitutionally allowed.
