I find it strange that many on here claim this is merely catering to the Left, as if anything that goes against the established Republican code is strictly forbidden and subject to public chastisement such as this article.

I'm not sure what "truth" it is I'm not standing up for. I'm a Catholic and believe that only traditional marriage is valid. But I don't believe posting inflammatory words and articles does anyone any good. If that makes me naive than so be it.

I'd rather we handled divisive issues like gay marriage in the manner of Ron Paul and Justin Amash rather than the Rick Santorums and Dave Agemas.
