I remember antics like this going on between things like Smietanka vs. Romney (and just HOW many "recounts" did that require in GR?), to more internecine battles at the county level than I can remember.
"Leadership" acting stupidly is one thing.
"Leadership" literally getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar jimmying the rules...I'm actually stumped.
I can't even think of an adjective or cliché to begin describing the complete and total absence of character they possess.
The upcoming campaign ads for the federal races are going to be a full-on attack fest in the coming weeks, throwing as much dirt as possible.
I fully expected this from democrats, they have absolutely no character, and on top of that, it is to be expected from them.
But, when "republicans" engage in tactics that make the democrats actually sit down and take notes, you're really got a major problem on your hands.
Taking "leadership" at their word has always been a losing proposition.
I certainly hope you've got something really good up your sleeve beside asking people to commit?
