    no matter what school district it is coming from.  Notice you did not make any mention of Lakeshore Schools.....  Money talks ..... students get screwed especially if they are "retards" in the Lakeswhore School District.  Ask their director of special ed Mrs. what ever her name is (she has been married umpteen times - can't keep up with the name) of Special Ed what her take is on keeping the "retards" in her district?  The district would rather spend money eradicating special ed students than spending money on them educating them.  Ya know it's always "for the children".  I say BS!!!
