    I turned more than a few heads at a recent Tea Party meeting when this issue was brought up.

    I made the same arguments that I made here regarding it being totally unnecessary (and against  clearly stated party principle), unfortunately, what's done is done.

    When what passes for republican "leadership" here in Michigan blurs any distinction with the MDP by proposing tax hikes and bigger government and also pulls a stunt like this (Wow! Only 12 minutes...they couldn't play along for any longer than that?!?), I'm at a loss to explain why anyone who considers themselves conservative would ever support them.
