Frankly speaking, KRH, 'ol Mimi is a dues paying member to this race card playing POS pulling down $239,000.00/year, so with Mimi on your Board the conflict-of-interest is clearly there. Furthermore, that conflict-of-interest is there in same proportions of the UAW negotiating labor contracts with Chrysler LLC, of which, GoverNerd and Atomic Boy exempted UAW owned Chrysler LLC from his proposed Corporate Tax.
