      As I have posted elsewhere I have used that line many times in the past and still use it today.  If Mr. Maroun wants to spend his money on this project and maybe make a wretched profit on it I wish him well.  Better his money than mine! The Feds want to spend our money on it because it is our money and if the Feds spend our money it costs them nothing.  Heck, they won't even lose their jobs if it goes bust.  But we will lose the future for our kids and grandkids.
