      About a private sector investor is that he will more then likely create more private sector jobs and the people will benefit from the entire process. As we have seen with Dear Leaders slush fund aka The Stimulus Bill no jobs in the private sector were created (there was no intention to do that). All the jobs that were "saved" were in the public sector. The "shovel ready jobs" the One promised never existed nor were meant to. Now he wants to spend trillions more on the same promises of investing in infastructure. I think we have seen that movie before and we didn't like it. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. No, this would best be handled by a private sector concern no matter which side of the border it's located. Better there then the central planning disasters created and promoted by the Soviet Era Apparacheks that seem to permeate this Regime.
