    Thus far, you have responded to my points in the following ways:

    1. Dismissing them out of hand without justification.
    2. Linking to an article that exclusively uses a person whose credibility I have called into question to back up its claims. Furthermore, the article itself is a mess of unsubstantiated claims, hyperbole, and bits of information that do not build a logical narrative.
    3. Citing proposal 2 and the subsequent decision by the 6th Circuit, which has absolutely nothing to do with this topic.*
    4. Insulting the University of Michigan.

    I'm not going to bother engaging you further unless you decide to address the substance of my points in a reasonable fashion.

    *Incidentally, if you hate UM so much, why do you care about their admissions procedures. Furthermore, it doesn't really matter anyway, since this decision will be reversed either by the full circuit or by the Supreme Court, because the justification behind the decision doesn't stand up to scrutiny and the current makeup of the Supreme Court is rather conservative. But that is, as I say, another matter entirely.
