I said that it doesn't appear that we were going to win the majority, but obviously I can't say that for sure until November 3rd, so that's why I said that about if the Delaware race costs us the majority.  I don't think it will, but I can't say that for sure.

Again, I'd like nothing better than for the GOP to win the Senate, and I already think we'll win the House.

As for your second point, I'd rather have the RINOs there to help us stop some bills then let all of the liberal agenda go through.  Without the RINOs (like Susan Collins), we'd be on our way toward passing the DREAM Act right now.  I may hate Collins' voting record on some things, but if we ran conservative candidates in Maine, we would lose that seat and Collins wouldn't have been there to block the DREAM Act.

As for TARP, it was a failed attempt by the GOP to repeal TARP by a motion to recommit with instructions after a revision to TARP had passed: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h2009-967.  He also went on to vote against the bill itself as well.

      How can you say
In addition, there's absolutely no way to establish a Delaware only context from what you said.

I used Delaware in the very sentence you quoted.  You just happened to leave that part out of your initial post.
