Try not to get too defensive about those times when you have an argument against Jason Allen.  When looking at those "philosophical differences" you might consider checking the immediate gag reflex when someone says "overhaul."  For all we know it means fundamental change in the structure of the approach on handling the issue by removing artificial barriers to competition, tort reform, or some original concepts previously unheard of.

What you might do instead, is offer an interview to Allen so you can clarify what he has meant.  It would be interesting.
