Under the deferred prosecution, Lennox will have a four month probationary period to avoid further error, at the end of which the charges will be dismissed. In conjunction with the ruling, Lennox will also be required to serve 25 hours of community service. Postage fees of about $110 incurred to Cheboygan County were previously repaid by Lennox.
The full penalty could have potentially been one year incarceration and a $1,000 fine.

It really is a sad day when any current politician that is on probation while running for office has the ability to act with such malice to others on this site. Not to mention the loss of valuable resources of information others have contributed on this site.
