      If you're only now thinking about diversifying, it's too late.  Penetrating new industries and markets takes time.  Also, if you're a supplier on the verge of financial ruin already, no new customer is going to touch you.  

      I hope it works too.  I'm just afraid that the basket holding all of these guys' eggs has already been dropped...
