So even if the Dillion recall appears on the ballot, the 6th circuit ruling could make a recall vote void if it rules in Dillon's favor

I checked the Oral Argument calendar though Sept. 18th and didn't see anything and I don't have an aceess code to check the Docket Calendar

Does anyone know when the 6th circuit could hear Dillion's pending appeal?
