    Cut off utilities to the Gov's mansion.  Take the keys to her car, and ban any travel that is paid by the State.  Turn off the utilities to the State Capitol building as well.  

    When Jen runs out of clean undies, and hasn't had a shower in 3-4 days, then she'll reconsider having the citizen sleeping on the collective marital couch (married people understand this reference).  When the toilets can't be flushed in the Capitol, the Legislature will begin to see the light (even it they see it by flashlight).
