    is that the primary has been killed by the Appeals Court judge.  The only way to resurrect the primary is for the legislature to enact the correct legislation.  Which won't happen of course because Andy Dillon doesn't appear to be willing to call the House into session.  

    I also understand AG Mike Cox is filing an emergency appeal in an attempt to "save" the primary.
