    but more than that... it's not that Dillon won't call the House into session.  They were SCHEDULED to be in session today.  He CANCELED session to avoid taking the vote.

    DM, the Republican primary WAS the joint primary.  They were one and the same... there isn't seperate legislation for one or the other.  The Dems sudden refusal to allow a vote appears to scuttle the whole thing.

    Now, if the AG's action is successful or the court does something quickly on the appeal things could change but that looks unlikely.
