I have never seen a tea party with $8 popcorn.

Dinesh D'souza's 2016 had a full house.  In fact, there was originally only one screen scheduled to show the film, but two were used, and both filled for the 730 showing our group attended.  The prior show emptied before we went in, and it was apparent they also had great numbers in attendance.

Something can be said for serving the demands of a particular market.

In this case, the demand was for more information, insight, or perhaps ideas, on what it is that makes this man Obama, tick.  My expectations of perhaps a birth place hint, a different father suggestion, or perhaps a challenge on where Obama's social security number came from were unmet. Instead, D'Souza used the book"Dreams From My Father as a guide to discover who and what molded the man who became our 44th president.  It certainly was not what is presented on the White House site:

" His story is the American story -- values from the heartland, a middle-class upbringing in a strong family, hard work and education as the means of getting ahead, and the conviction that a life so blessed should be lived in service to others.

With a father from Kenya and a mother from Kansas, President Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961. He was raised with help from his grandfather, who served in Patton's army, and his grandmother, who worked her way up from the secretarial pool to middle management at a bank."

Heartland with a dash of exotic places thrown in .. yeesh.

The reality is far different than that presented by the rewriters of history now at Obama's disposal.

The movie, though a little light on the time investigating into each influence, still provides enough questions that need to be answered before this man should even be considered for re-election.  The direction it took in using an anti colonialism stance as the reason for the insanity of Obama policies are quite valid however, and would provide an explanation for some of the conflicts in other theories of what the wild squirrels are doing in the man's (Obama's) head.

One waste of time was spent having a discussion with David Walker, who frankly is doing everything he can to help Obama retain his seat IMHO. It added nothing to the conversation and seemed more to be giving Walker a cred boost.

Worth the $8-12?  Yes. But better yet if you can bring along anyone who voted for the man in 2008.

    Just to see their faces.

Hannity's show last night.  He had a special about the film just put out by Cadell and Bannon highlighting people who voted for Zero in 2008.  I was not surprised at all by their frustration but was surprised at how stupid they came off.  They all fell for Hope and Change and can't figure out why wealth redistribution didn't help them out.  And the Black Americans who are not supporting him this time around don't support his stance on gay marriage and abortion.

In this day and age - with all of the information available - it amazes me that people do not do their homework and find the facts.  All these people were looking for was an "American Idol" and now they are disappointed he can't sing.

    Pretty sad.

story shows that the feeling against the Kenyan Overlord is running more negative then is being reported. The Buttlick Mainstream Marxist Media will try to protect little Barry as long as they can. The facts simply cannot be ignored. What people are saying to pollsters and what they really believe is two different things. I fully believe that Romney will carry 48 states and stomp Dear Leader into the dust.
I have spoken to many people that voted against this clown from Kenya. They will vote the same this year. The few that I can find that voted for Teleprompter Jesus have said they won't give him a second term. He is losing large numbers from his own base. He can't raise money and he can't even fill a thousand seat venue for a campaign appearence. He is toast. The Chicago way has not set to well with the folks across the fruited plain. But then Thuggery never does have to many advocates, except on the left.
