    Michigan's Republican-controlled Senate is reaching a milestone.

As of Feb. 24, the Senate -- by its inaction to pass a bill that would end the "Home Health Care Dues Skim" -- will have enriched union coffers by $4 million.

This "skim" resulted from a union scheme perpetrated while Jennifer Granholm was governor. The plan used a dummy employer and a stealth election to railroad 43,000 so-called home health care workers into the Service Employees International Union. That 43,000 has now swollen to 56,442.

    Rest here

Like in yesterdays topic...  Here's your attaboy Senate toadies.  Cheers!

    Blame (5.00 / 1) (#1)
by RushLake on Fri Feb 24, 2012 at 09:45:56 AM EST
I think your aptly described eurotrash dressed governor shares some of the blame for this too. He has repeatedly indicated a reluctance to take on the goonions (another of your pearls). He doesn't want a RTW bill on his desk. He tippy toes around the possible need for a Detroit EM finding ways to put off the day of reckoning in part because he doesn't want to hurt the goonions. He can't abide a perfectly good capitalist building a bridge in favor of a public works project which the goonions back.

I think senators ought to raise hell about the lack of action on the bill, but they are political whores and they can see which way the wind is blowing ala Richardville and Leisure Suit Ricky. Doesn't make it right and I'm not condoning it. I'll be back in Michigan on Sunday and will be in touch with Senator Kowall's office on Monday A.M.

For AG Schutte to get off his ass and start investigating the schemes run by the Wicked Witch and her minions while she was squatting in the Gov's digs those long, dark, awful 8 years she held this state hostage with her stupidity and ineptitude. How about some indictments Mr Attorney General? What is the hold up? It would seem that RINO's abound here in the Wolverine state. Time to take care of that as well.
My advice to the elected elites is not to unpack completely. Some of you won't be there that long.
