Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

    Raise the curtain.

    Rick Snyder clearly pro-choice

I am absolutely  disgusted that "members" of the Republican party are getting involved with Snyder, a proven pro-choice defender.  So he donated a whopping (sense the sarcasm) $1000 to the  Republican Leadership Council, but then gave $2000 to Cure Michigan!

We need a true conservative to bring Michigan back to life.  That person is NOT Snyder.  Frankly, it's a disgrace that the Yob's and Zandstra are behind him.  The most we know about Snyder is that he gave money to Cure Michigan, and he ran a company.  Voters are going to need a little more than that...and I'm confident that as future weeks go by we will see how liberal Snyder truly is.

Being only fiscally conservative doesn't cut it.  We need someone who isn't going to veto a ban on partial-birth abortions! Someone who is going to stand up and defend our beliefs! Snyder is not that person.

I agree, you'll split the party in half.
Not every GOP voter makes big money, or cares what or how the government is spending.

Alot of folks just wanna keep their traditional values. Pro-life, Pro-Family, Pro-2nd Amendment.

If this guy is only half conservative, he may only get half the votes.
There are some core values, that are hard to ask people to compromise on.

I will probably vote for whoever the GOP fields as a candidate, but I know a lot of single issue voters. That would not vote for a Pro-Death candidate.

I think it was the first debate (none / 0) (#5)

DeVos was too cautious in that debate and was not aggressive on what his plan was. He did not attack Granholm enough, and counter with his plan. What was his plan? It was posted and on his web, but nobody knew about it. That's what I think was the problem. That and the charges about China outsourcing stuck.

The China issue I think may very well be an achilles heel for Snyder as well depending on when Gateway outsourced.

What about the good things?? (none / 0) (#6)

Sure Snyder has donated money to various places as stated above but that doesn't mean he is wrong to bring us back. Snyder has what it takes to bring Michigan out of the Economic Depression we stand in. Everyone should just wait and listen to what he has to says instead of judging by what you hear and see in the papers. Rick Snyder just needs us to give him a chance. We are in need of a good Governor.
