In typical Chicago thug fashion, President Barack Hussein Obama, is attempting to blackmail the State of Illinois.  Written into the text of the "stimulus" package is language that qualifies the spending of stimulus money by the state of Illinois, without legislature approval, if Rod Blagojevich is the governor.

No Illinois state agency can spend stimulus money without the state legislature's approval, the bill says, until a certain "Rod R. Blagojevich no longer holds the office of Governor of the State of Illinois."

It seems a bit odd to mention a person by name in an $825 billion federal spending bill.  Unless of course you are trying "persuade" some action for or against that person.  Obama, Emanuel and the rest of the National Socialist Mafia in Washington really seem to want Blagojevich out of the way and they are willing to stop at almost nothing to accomplish their goals.  The only thing they haven't tried yet is; well we won't go their.  Surprisingly the Ministiry of Propaganda, aka MSM are silent on this little portion of the "stimulus" bill.  I wonder what the response would have been if similar tactics were used by President Bush.  Can you imagine a clause in a bill proposed by President Bush that qualified federal funds based on their senators.   For example:

No Illinois state agency can spend stimulus money without the state legislature's approval, until a certain "Dick Durbin no longer holds the office of Senator from the State of Illinois." .

If Obama really wanted to help Michigan he could have had

No Michigan state agency can spend stimulus money without the state legislature's approval, until a certain "Stabenow or Levin no longer holds the office of Senator from the State of Michigan." .

    written into the bill.  :-)

    God help us!

They can still use the funds, the state legislature just has to approve it. I'm not quite sure how this puts any more pressure on the legislature to get rid of blago since they can just enact legislation to OK it.
