This is a great forum for the likes of Messrs. Nixon & Dillon (or even, gasp, Gov. Snyder)...hey I'll even take those carrying his water in the legislature to come here and present their arguments in support of this proposal.

Let them present, in their own words, exactly what they propose to do, how they propose to do it, exactly where the money to pay for it is coming from and when everything is expected to be completed.
