I'm also unfortunately in one of those distressed places where a local city council placed on it's agenda this week (at the very last minute...like at the beginning of the meeting itself so no one would have an opportunity to read and comment) a proposal to tell the Michigan Legislature that it does not support the pending EFM bills.
