    one better than that!  I created a 2 billion surplus, divied up another 2 billion in refunds to ONLY those that paid taxes and made the legislature part time, eliminated tenure for teachers as well as outlawed all publice sector unions, eliminated the Davis Bacon act, reduced welfare payments to 6 months, prohibited illegal aliens from any form of assistance including medical care and made English only our language.  I don't care how much people are pissed at me, let them go to Illinois to get their gimmees.
