    Well here is a doozy!   Who is funding the additional "staff" necessary to monitor and administrate this new law?    Ready, shoot, aim...

    We have a whopper here in our town as well.   Local moms groups decided that their children are too fragile and that a MANDATED HELMET LAW(bikes,scooters, rollerblades,etc) be implemented and enforced for all youth 16 or under.   NO funding for this of course, just well intended.   It's not going so well.

    Sound familiar?
