    And the requirement is only 1 year - for 4-5 yrs of college.  Her thinking is so flawed and screwed up.  What if these kids just go work at McDonalds for a year and then leave the state for 60K yr. jobs?  I say eliminate it all together.  I am so sick of subsidising everything.  Our tax dollars are now going to unions for child care subsidies.  Will it never end?
