Apparantly, the new defense for drunk driving is eating disorders.  According the article, this representative of the people pulling tax payer money from both the county and state has a therapist helping her with her issue.  Which is good that she is seeking help.  But, it still shows poor judgement that if you are having weight issues, drinking is not the best thing for a diet.
