What the national scripted news outlets will not show you...
Read more about this HERE, and HERE. I can hardly wait for the expedited 12,000 to 30,000 Bedouin moon pagans to show up on our shores this year. By JGillman, Section News
If one was to only read the story today by Tom Gantert at Capitol Confidential, it might seem strange that the Mackinac Center advocates a very oppressive position.
A quick read of the article makes it seem that the Mackinac Center is suing the Teamsters to compel them to represent a non-paying employee in a grievance action. It seemed strange to read: "The Mackinac Center Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit Thursday on behalf of four former Teamsters union workers who say charging them a fee to file a grievance because they opted out of paying dues is in violation of the right-to-work law passed in December.But.. aren't they NOT paying for that service? Gantert's story DOES reference the key: "The lawsuit contends that even though the four employees no longer pay dues, they still are forced to be represented by the union."However, it is something that might also be said to mean 'the union still negotiates the salary/benefits'; often used to make the 'free-rider' argument by labor supporters. The real story lies elsewhere. Continued below the fold. (1 comment, 661 words in story) Full Story By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Remember this video posted on RightMichigan.com? Well, the results of yet another who has outlived his useful life in government rears its ugly head.
Ruben Chavez, Arthur Fisher, and Joshua DeLosSantos filed a lawsuit against Wayne County, Sheriff Benny Napoleon and deputy chiefs Dennis Richardson and Mike Jaafar of the Sheriff's Office over the June 15, 2012, incident. This week is a tough decision. I could award this week to a lawless Benny Napoleon, however, I'm confident he will have another opportunity while running for mayor of Detoilet. I could also go with a deadbeat mooslime shyster but, deadbeat, thieving mooslimes are so common. So, this week goes to another fossilized white dude clinging onto his power. Congratulation, Judge Patrick J. Duggan. For your flagrant violation of our U.S. Constitution, you are not only a dhimmi, you're also A$$hole Of The Week. The city of Dearborn Michigan violated the rights of Dr. Nabeel Qureshi, David Wood, and Paul Rezkalla, in June of 2010.
They were briefly jailed for 'breach of peace' (Being Christian in Dearborn)and found not guilty afterwards. The American Freedom Law Center filed a civil suit after a trial where the Christians were actually criminally tried. After the five day trial, the Christians were acquitted by a unanimous jury verdict. Following the acquittals, fellow AFLC Co-Founder and Senior Counsel David Yerushalmi and Muise filed a 100-page, civil rights lawsuit against the City, its mayor, John B. O'Reilly, its chief of police, Ronald Haddad, 17 City police officers, and two executives from the American Arab Chamber of Commerce on behalf Qureshi, Wood, and Rezkalla. The lawsuit was later amended to add the Arab Chamber as a defendant. The civil rights complaint alleged that the Christians' constitutional rights were egregiously violated during the Arab festival. The Christians' case was victorious. The city of Dearborn issued an apology; part of which reads: "The City of Dearborn regrets and apologizes for the decisions to arrest and prosecute David Wood, Nabeel Qureshi, and Paul Rezkalla and the hardship caused to everyone involved."Which was both sought and welcomed. While still seeing official's tightly crossing fingers behind their backs. Michigan State Rep Tom McMillin Stood firm with the Christians from the start, calling for an immediate public apology from the mayor and police chief for their willingness to stand idly by while the rights of US citizens were violated. He issued a statement following the ruling: "It has been an honor to stand with these Christians who were persecuted by the City of Dearborn and am glad to see that Dearborn has apologized and hope the confidential settlement amount is huge and outrages the city's taxpayers. The persecution of Christians, for simply wanting to exercise free speech, must end in Dearborn. Unless the city of Dearborn plans to secede from the Union, it better be willing to follow the Constitutions of both the United States and the State of Michigan."True enough Tom. The Arab Chamber and its executive director, Fay Beydoun, still face a challenge for their part in the civil rights violation and are expected to face a similar outcome. Tell us this.
When you first heard about the bombs exploding in Boston, what was the first question in your mind? Did you wonder what crime was being perpetrated? Did you wonder who was getting robbed? Did you think a freak accident blew up a gas main? Perhaps you thought it was a kid on Prozac, messed up and had stolen his parent's grenades? Was it a 'Hit Job'? None of those things crossed your mind first, did they? Call me cynical, but anyone who says they did not FIRST think 'Islamic terrorist' is lying. If anyone has ever watched the Apologist videos on Youtube where Christian advocates were ignored by Muslim police in Dearborn being attacked, they might feel they have a justified suspicion. Frankly, anyone who does not expect this to be an Islamic terrorist attack has not been paying attention. Though there is no guarantee it will turn out to be Islamist, it has a high probability. Heeding the prayers by apologists for 'moderation', that it "not be a Muslim", perhaps fate will provide an exception to the rule. Yet now, even as I type this, there is a 20 year old Saudi who is in the US on a student visa being questioned. My goodness, its a match! Nah.. It will be a 'right wing' radical Like Eric Rudolf. Right?
Date Country City Killed Injured Description Because these things happen at the hands of Islamists ONLY in foreign lands. (17 comments) Comments >> By grannynanny, Section News
This is exactly what is wrong with political correctness.

With a constitutional Republic?
What is it? Yea or nay? Yes or No? Is the average 'moderate' Muslim a danger to our constitutional Republic? Is there an underlying desire to dismantle our bill of rights because of hurt religious feelings? Given this: "Protesting the film, "Innocence of Muslims," that has sparked protests in the Mideast, rally organizer Tarek Baydoun says that so-called blasphemy laws are necessary to prevent speech that hurts the "the religious feelings of Muslims."One might think so. Lets just take this a step further. If these are NOT representing the 'moderate' Islamists in our midst, then what are they representing? Its not as if one would feel compelled to walk away from such examples of tolerance.
