could screw up their headline announcing his passing.  I can't get the screen cap to post but this what they posted.

"Neil Young, first man to walk on the moon, dies at 82".

Is that not just plain ignorant of what????

Anyone looking for this? (none / 0) (#6)

      BSNBC Screwup

Mediaite did a screengrab and posted BSNBC's screwup for all to see.

All in all, it really doesn't surprise me.

The ignorant screw-head running the Chyron during the Martin Bashir show always spells Willard's name as "Romey" whenever it comes up.

On a plus note, The History Channel interrupted their non-stop garbage picking, Ax wielding, shark wrangling, "Look ma, I can't drive a truck" pablum to re-air "Moonshot" last night.

They tacked a title card on at the end of the movie acknowledging Armstrong's passing.

One of the few things people did right on this.
