Sorta sad to now see Ron having to lecture his following to mind their P's and Q's in Tampa, with him on his way to retirement.  But, Ron enabled his Ronulan OCD all-or-nothing turnoff following to overshadow and undermine all of his positives he brought to the table throughout his 25 years in Office.
