Like him or not, you have to respect the situation that Paul Scott is in.  He has become really, really, really important to a particular special interest.  The MEA is that interest, and they are holding nothing back now that Richardville doesn't have his teacher right-to-work thing going on.

Yessiree, ol Paulie is a special target nowadays.

So much so, that the Michigan MEA now 'All In' for the recall effort targeting Scott. So much so, that teachers are reaching for their last ten bucks, and by the looks of it even students are ponying up for the ongoing gig. I mean, $1 donations to the code named "CITIZENS AGAINST GOVERNMENT OVERREACH" or 'CAGO,' if you are trying to do finance searches.

The contrast, by the way quite impressive with the MEA cumulative total of $140,000 entered into a fund that has in total collected $146,880.  All to show Lansing that messing with the teachers will get you an F grade, and might get you expelled.

Yep.  I hope you teachers appreciate Ryan and Melissa's milk money.  We all know how much you needed it to leverage this important affair of yours.

Bummer if that new math you are teaching doesn't make it so.

One can also say that ranked 17th on the list, the MICC PAC that pushes for a taxpayer boondoggle bridge has $51,284 invested in a potential House vote for that bridge too.  Rep. Scott owes the GoverNerd that if it ever gets out of Richardvilles' Senate.

From my vantage point, I say fug 'em all.  Why anyone in their right mind would stick their necks out for anyone knocking up their interns in the GOP is beyond my comprehension.  That's Mark Brewer politics.

...but certainly not for the MEA.

This is the part where the Mi-GOP blue-bloods need to come up with one helluva good apology for Rep. Scott's prior voting record and get with the program addressing their past misdeeds before the Tea Party and other affiliated organizations come on board to save his sorry behind.

I'll be civil here and not go into Rep. Scott's  personal foibles.

But if they think for one second that everyone from the Tea Party is just going to look the other way just because he has a "-r" after his name...hoo boy are they in for a shock!

Speaking for myself, the blue-bloods getting on their hands and knees and groveling for forgiveness isn't necessary.

A very public refutation of all of Gov. Snyder's tax hikes and subsequent votes to repeal every one of them would be a great start.

Until then, have fun with your lit drops and poll work.
