      Did anyone hear Jennifer Granholm on the Paul W. Smith show this morning?

      I am trying to type this with a straight face!

      She said - "I am leaving a gift for Gov. elect Snyder - a $400 million surplus."

      Gee - thanks Jenny!

      Last I heard Paul W's staff was still trying to get him up off of the floor.

      Boy that would be neat if it were true.

      It how they do their math actually..  When they PLAN for a $3 Billion deficit, one that is only a $2.6B deficit means there is really a $400 M surplus.

      Engler left? What did she do with that? I have asked many elected officials that question and I get no answer except "I don't know."
