Wednesday, September 16 The Mackinac Center for Public Policy, The Heartland Institute, Consumers for Health Care Choices, and Americans for Prosperity - Michigan, invite you to an exclusive roundtable discussion The Future of Health Care in America in Rochester, Michigan Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Discussion leaders will include some of the most innovative organizations and thought leaders in American health care today. The roundtable provides a forum for individuals from varied backgrounds to come together and work through the challenges facing consumer-driven health care in the new Administration.
Topics to be discussed:
Please join health care experts and other health industry leaders to discuss the latest news in consumer-driven health care, the new administration's plans for reform, and research and advocacy in the coming year. Speakers include: Greg Scandlen, Director of the Heartland Institute's Consumers for Health Care Choices; Jack McHugh, Senior Legislative Analyst, Mackinac Center for Public Policy; Scott Hagerstrom, Executive Director, Americans for Prosperity - Michigan; Peter Fotos, Director of Government Relations, Heartland Institute; Dr. Fadwa Gillanders; Michael J. Cutlip of Advantage Benefits Group and Richard Kitch of The Kitch Firm. There is no registration fee for this event which includes a continental breakfast.
