This just caught my eye. It appears that Rep. Mark Meadows of East Lansing would like to "require retailers to attach an identification tag signed by the buyer to kegs of beer when they are sold, and not return the keg deposit unless the tag is still on the keg." (See HB 4565) I'm sure this will help balance the budget!
