    Ok every year someone does this...anyone who pays attention knows that he is not sleeping that he is reading along with the speech. Someone did the same joke with McCain last year, hell I Twittered about Biden doing it...

    Almost as funny as Pelosi smirking and giving BHO a standing ovation on every word he said.
    "I" (stand & applaud) "want" (stand & applaud) to (stand & applaud) etc, etc, etc.
    It was pathetic. She had this school girl look on her face and her mannerism like 'Oh my beloved teacher.' sigh
    Pretty sickening display by the Speaker of the House.
