I'm reading the `From Peril To Progress' statement given By `The One' (or is it I-1, I'm not sure). It's mostly platitudes and vagueness, not really a plan. Except for making it even more difficult for Detroit

Since `The One' (I-1?) or any of his cronys, sorry I mean advisers, have never designed anything in their lives, let me help them out. If he wants to implement new standards (regulations) for model year 2011 you would have had to start implementing them in 2008 at the latest.
