I do hear that our so called base is racists. I don't see that. I'm sure racists of some sort can be found on both sides. I do think that the 'proud confederates' are an annoying bunch that have burdened the party with it's baggage. They chose us but they're not our base. We should be more outspoken against that ideology. We have a wonderful, growing black conservative group that is sane, honest, but fragile. They deal with a lot from all sides. We need to do the Right thing and make it clear.

We also need to be true to our fiscal beliefs. Income tax is a platform we should work hard.

Education is crucial. We really need to get more freedom in that area.

We need to vet people more carefully.
