[2] Representative Clack (D, Flint) bused in four busloads of seniors from the City of Detroit to protest insurance rates (September 26, 2007), many democrats addressed this crowd, Granholm from the second floor Capitol veranda. [3]Wednesday September 26, about 6:30 - 7:00, while a media conference was held in the Senate, (I think they were Senate Democrats, I could clearly see MI. Sen. Martha Scott) Michael Saks was talking as fast as he could while swinging a gavel with a childish passion, as I sat in the House gallery I was embarrased as a Michigander. [4] Some democrats may be fracturing their party, there may even be some right thinking democrats in our state slightly more mature than Mike Saks of Traverse City infamy. [5] It appears this same budget debacle has been initiated by the same group of maturity challanged people in eight other states. [6] Michigan media seems not to have gotten to some of the details, Clack, Scott Granolm et al, individuals might seriously consider contacting their local media outlet.
