I mean, contrary to the psycho left hysteria, most of us are not corporate bigwigs, or overly well off. We give more as a percentage of time, and resources and money (trust me on this) than we might usually afford. And every time some d-bag politico moves progressive policies forward we cringe at the next round of expense in fighting or capitulating with said policies.

The "big wallet party" unfortunately aligns with big government that the left loves so much.  Its how they grow those fat wallets; on the dreams of the left.
