Wretched Witmer, Vanilla Boy Rick, et al are going to have heartburn with the high deductible health savings account aspect of this I believe. It puts too much of a burden on the "noble poor" to expect them to exercise the responsibility required to determine that every hang nail does not require a trip to the evergency room. It will be interesting to see if Colbeck can sell this with those type of provisions.
