    1. The paper was clearly in the wrong for what they did.  Whether intentional or not, doing what the paper did was simply a dumb idea or ridiculously malicious; either way, it was bad journalism.

    2. I'd be surprised if the lawsuit makes it past summary judgment in favor of the defendants.
