      -- In the scanty coverage of this trial we've seen in the MSM, there has been nothing about the jury.  This should give us all pause.  Depending on who you get on a jury in Philadelphia, it's entirely possible that this crew will look at all the Dr. Mengele-style horrors committed by Gosnell, shrug, and acquit.  It worked for OJ, it could work here.
      -- Planned Parenthood has so far done a shrewd job of keeping itself distant from Gosnell's horrors (witness Barry speaking to their convention last week and never saying the word "abortion").  I suspect that they view clinics such as Gosnell's as the bottom feeders of the industry, and thus expendable.  Further, if they should disappear, all the more funding for PP.  (You didn't think Planned Parenthood is driven by idealism, did you?)
