...I am able to attend, this is slowly becoming THE topic of conversation I find myself having with a number of other attendees.
The constant "Victory Center" hype is beginning to wear off and people are beginning to slowly come to the realization that the Emperor (Read: GOP "Leadership"), isn't wearing any close, but is also doing things that normal people wouldn't do in public.
If the well-to-do and their catspaws running/"advising" the GOP want to drive away their base, they do so at their own peril.
I don't have much of what progressives want.
The well-to-do, on the other hand, have plenty.
So if they want to progressives to take power, get creative, and I don't know, pass a few "retroactive taxes" (after all, they didn't really "earn" that) or maybe even seize their property and assets to pay those taxes, then by all means, be my guest!
I find the image of Dick DeVos calling MARVIN every two weeks on his Obamaphone very amusing.
