The News did (well to me anyway, an eye-opening piece) on the number of millages across S.E. Michigan this November.
Gotta put public safety on the line, like they did in Sterling Heights & Clinton Township. Voters always fall for that line.
Can't forget about out schools.

Pleasant Ridge wants one.
So does Eastpointe.
Hey, didn't Eastpointe just ram a tax hike through (w/o a vote of the taxpayers) just last week?
Bottom line: Hold on to your wallets!
If they don't get it this time, don't be surprised when they stick it on another ballot sometime next year.
And seriously...more roundabouts?!?
The ones at Lee Rd. @ US-23 are a royal pain.
Speaking from experience, stop signs/intersection lights are far better.
