      But at the same time, I think that Justice MB Kelly's record of the last year+ indicates that we can get an extraordinarily good MSC Justice out of a trial court.

      So... tell me about how she, as a trial court judge, made an extraordinarily good decision when the petitioner doesn't show up, so she decides to act as the petitioner?

      Oh, wait, not a good decision? I didn't think so either. In fact, she should be off the bench for that. I don't care what other good decisions she made.
