      or is coming to the Lansing area check out the "comfort areas" that were built on South Cedar St. at the I-496 on/off ramps several years ago.  Thousands of dollars wasted on landscaping and seating and I have never once seen anyone "resting" at any of the six comfort stations except for a homeless vagabond or two.  And who in the hell wants to sit at an interchange and "watch" traffic?  I am so sick of these "feel good" liberals telling us this waste of tax dollars is for our own good.  Bull$hit!!!
