Cops shaking folks down looking for tires too big, hanging air fresheners, and would test if the window squirters worked on stops?  Nah, that is something that's completely new to everyone.  From time handcuffs go on at 12:55 to 18:55 when the tow truck rolls up.  Gottdam, if only my AAA Premier RV Membership worked as efficiently as the service does for muni LEO's.  Then again, popping a tire along the e-way doesn't generate an average $10g pop for the system.
